THREE of the Burgess brothers have each bought penthouse-style units as investment properties in Little Bay’s newest development, Little Bay Cove.

AT LEAST three of the Burgess brothers have each snapped up investment properties in Little Bay’s newest development, Little Bay Cove.

South Sydney players Tom and George Burgess and Manly Sea Eagles player Luke Burgess attended the VIP launch of the second stage of the development in August with mum Julie.

It is believed each of the brothers bought penthouse-style units as investment properties in the Illume building.

McGrath Projects associate director Dennis Vertzayias declined to comment, as did Tom and George Burgess.

The building is the latest release in a $700 million masterplanned community being developed at Little Bay Cove.

Illume will comprise of 179 one, two and three-bedroom, pet-friendly apartments spread across three five-level buildings.

Bordering Little Cove Beach and four golf courses, the estate covers 13.6ha and will include lakes, wetlands, bushland and walking trails.
