DETECTIVES are appealing for possible witnesses after an alleged indecent assault on Philip St, Waterloo on New Year’s Day.
Detectives from Redfern Police Area Command would like to speak with two women, both with an English accent, who may have witnessed the incident.
Police would also like to speak with two cyclists who may have witnessed the alleged incident.
The alleged offender has been described as being aged in his teens, of caucasian appearance and around 152cm tall with a skinny build.
