“The Daily Telegraph and www.news.com.au published articles in relation to sexual assault charges against Jesse Thurlow and Stefan Arabadzhiyski on 9 April 2020, 17 August 2020 and 27 August 2020.
On 18 September 2020 Mr Thurlow was found not guilty of sexual assault and guilty of perverting the course of justice. The sexual assault charge against Mr Arabadzhiyski was formally dismissed by the Court on 21 September 2020. Mr Arabadzhiyski was not charged with hindering the police investigation and we apologise for any inference that he was. ”
