A Glebe business owner has been charged with sexually touching a female customer more than half his age.
The woman, aged 23, was allegedly approached touched inappropriately by a 68-year-old man at a Glebe Point Rd about 3.30pm on Tuesday.
The incident was reported to police the follow day, with officers from Leichhardt Police Area Command launching an investigation.
The man was arrested at the business on Thursday and taken to Surry Hills police station where he was charged with sexually touch another person without consent.
The Glebe man was refused bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court today.
