Fabricio Da Silva Claudino: Porn star on revenge porn charges
An Instafamous Brazilian porn star has appeared in court accused of masturbating in public places, including in view of a Sydney school. It comes as he faces revenge porn charges over a video he allegedly uploaded to adult site OnlyFans.

An Instafamous Brazilian amateur gay porn star allegedly uploaded videos of him masturbating in public places, including in front of school, while on bail for revenge porn charges, a court heard.
Fabricio Da Silva Claudino was arrested last Friday as police charged him with 15 counts of wilful or obscene exposure in public and one of offensive behaviour, allegedly over the space of four months in Sydney’s inner city.
Last year he was charged with 11 counts of taking and distributing without consent several sensitive images and a video of another man between July 16 and July 30, 2019.
Known by the moniker FabricioMonkey to his 29,000 Instagram followers, the 31-year-old’s Twitter feed beams out a series of sexually graphic videos to his 100,000 fans.
The musclebound South American, in Australia on a tourist visa, appeared on screen at Central Local Court on Friday where he was refused bail.
His lawyer Jessica Tohi had argued the videos allegedly taken while on bail amounted to “voyeuristic, amateur pornography”, stressing that many were only filmed “in view” of public places.
“Indeed there’s no evidence anyone saw him taking those photos,” she said.
Police prosecutor Chris Manning said the accused had taken advantage of a former lover in “one of their most vulnerable moments” by uploading images and a video of the couple having sex to website OnlyFans, which allows members sell amateur pornography.
That he allegedly exposed himself several times in public while on bail showed Da Silva Claudino “can’t control his urges”, the court heard.
One alleged recording of the accused “getting his penis out and masturbating” directly in front of a school showed his release from custody “poses an incredible risk” to the community, Mr Manning said.
Court documents reveal many of the alleged exposures – said to have taken place between September 15, 2019 and February 14, 2020 – occurred in or around the apartment in which Da Silva Claudino was living on Chalmers St, Surry Hills.
Mr Manning told the court Inner Sydney High School is located directly across the road.
It is alleged several acts of exposure were carried out in the unit but in view of the street below, while at least one is said to have taken place on a communal rooftop.
Three times he allegedly exposed himself on a public footpath and once in the stairwell of a building.
Prince Alfred Park, a popular spot for families and active Sydneysiders, was also the scene of one of his explicit outings, court documents allege.
The offensive behaviour charge relates to an incident on a platform at Central railway station.
The court heard Da Silva Claudino was hit with the fresh charges on February 14, breaching bail conditions relating to the separate revenge porn charges.
The Surry Hills man is also charged with destroying a T-shirt and for possession of anabolic steroids.
He has pleaded not guilty to the domestic violence related charges and a hearing is scheduled for March 20 at Newtown Local Court.
