Rapper and alleged Alameddine crime clan member Ali ‘Ay Huncho’ Younes was once again caught at Sydney’s Star Casino despite being banned from the venue, this time dropping off an international rap star.

Younes dropped British rap star M Huncho at the casino after he performed a concert at Sydney’s Metro Theatre in December last year, prompting security workers to call police.

The 27 year old had been served an exclusion order from the venue in 2022, according to agreed facts tendered in Downing Centre Court on Tuesday. He has pleaded guilty to excluded person enter casino.

M Huncho is not alleged to have engaged in any wrongdoing.

Seated in the front passenger seat of a white Bentley in the early hours of December 15 last year, Younes, M Huncho and two other men arrived at the casino outside The Grand Foyer and exited the car. The men embraced another group of men before conversing for about 20 minutes.

This was seen by the casino’s security workers who contacted police.

Police arrived a short time later and saw Younes walk towards the footpath on Union St before he was stopped and spoken to by officers.

Younes said he was there to drop off M Huncho following the touring artist’s concert at the Metro Theatre and denied knowledge of the ban.

It is not the first time Younes has been caught at the casino since the exclusion order was put in place.

He was fined $1100 in August last year after a security guard recognised Younes by his alias Ay Honco and reported the sighting to his manager.

The manager located Younes by the rest room in the eatery and confirmed Younes’ identity and that he was unable to attend the venue.

Younes denied knowing he was an excluded person before he was handed documentation.

The rapper left the location and the manager contacted police who obtained CCTV and showed Younes entering the main gaming floor with a woman.

He was convicted and fined by Magistrate Miranda Moody who refused to accept he did not know he was not allowed on the premises.

On Tuesday the court heard Younes had been serving a community correction order at the time of the offending.

In April last year, Younes was dealt with alongside associates Moshtaba Hafizi, 26, and Charbel Nohra, 25, in relation to a shocking fight that involved the use of a pole to bash another man on November 27, 2021.

The matter has been adjourned until April.
