A man has fallen from a balcony in Surry Hills and taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Police officers attended the unit on Belvoir St as part of an ongoing investigation about 11.30am.
After hearing an argument inside, police entered the unit and found a man had fallen from the balcony.
NSW Ambulance treated the 51-year-old man who was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital in a critical condition.
A crime scene was established with a critical incident team to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Initial inquiries suggest the man’s fall was not suspicious.
