Wyong Racecourse: CareFlight responds after man falls from horse
A man has fallen from a horse at Wyong Racecourse with emergency services responding.

Emergency services have responded to a horse fall at Wyong Racecourse.
Crews were called to the Howarth St facility this morning following reports a man had fallen off a horse at speed.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman said emergency services were called just after 9am with crews attending along with the CareFlight rescue helicopter.
He said the man, aged 20, suffered chest injuries as a result of the incident.
CareFlight Helicopter landed at the track and has flown the man to Royal North Shore Hospital in a serious condition.
