A police officer on the Central Coast has been charged with alleged domestic violence offences following a six-month investigation.
In February 2024, officers attached to Northern Region command commenced an investigation into alleged historical domestic violence offences.
Following inquiries, a 34-year-old female senior constable was issued with a future court attendance notice on Monday.
She is charged with destroying or damaging property and stalking or intimidation with intent to cause fear of physical harm.
She is due to appear at Wyong Local Court on September 26.
The officer’s employment status is currently under review.
