A 59-year-old woman has died after her vehicle struck a gutter while turning onto Geoffrey Rd at Chittaway Point.

A woman has died following a single-vehicle crash at Chittaway Point on Saturday night.
About 6.20pm, emergency services were called to Geoffrey Rd after reports of a crash.
Officers from Tuggerah Lakes attended to locate a Subaru Forrester stopped in scrub beside the road, after officers believe the vehicle struck a gutter while turning onto Geoffrey Rd from Wyong Rd.
The Subaru’s driver — a 59-year-old woman — is believed to have suffered a medical episode after the crash.
Residents from nearby properties rendered assistance to the woman before NSW Ambulance paramedics treated her and took her to Gosford Hospital, where she was placed on life support.
That life support was turned off this morning.
Inquiries into the crash continue and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
