The victim of a lecherous boss has spoken for the first time about his vile treatment including messages the married father sent to her propositioning her for sex.
The victim, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, has only agreed to speak out against her former boss Jason Evans to “stop it happening to anyone else”.
“I just want people to be aware,” she told the Express Advocate.
It comes as never-before-seen text and social media messages have come to light documenting his repeated attempts to coerce the woman, 21 years his junior, into sexual acts.
In one series of messages the 48-year-old regional manager of a disability recruitment company asks her to “take three days to consider please???”.
She replied: “to consider what”.
To which he replied: “just you being pleasured, no other stuff just one time you get to cum shit loads and never again”.
The exchange was just one of dozens of inappropriate and disgusting messages Evans sent to the 27-year-old female employee.
Evans was convicted after pleading guilty to one count of assault with an act of indecency at Wyong Local Court on Wednesday.
He was sentenced to 150 hours of community service and put on a bond for two years.
The court heard the young female staff member was working from home in May last year when Evans turned up with a sixpack of Strongbow cider.
When she got up to go to the toilet Evans “grabbed her on the buttocks with his hand” to which she replied “don’t”.
After he left the woman texted her friend to tell her what happened.
After his sentencing on Wednesday, the victim claimed his behaviour got worse.
She claims a month later he came to her home and exposed himself to her while she was on the phone to a client and tried to rub his genitalia against her face.
After he left she felt “disgusted” and “washed my hands and face” before calling the police.
“It was probably the stupidest thing to do,” she said.
The woman said police seized her clothes and took DNA swabs of her skin but the results came back negative and was not pursued further.
Evans was called to Wyong Police Station and participated in a recorded interview where he denied exposing himself but admitted he “smacked” the woman’s buttocks despite not having her permission to do so.
The woman said she told police Evans’ penis had an “abnormality” that she could not possibly know about if he had not exposed himself.
However he told police she was “present during a conversation about circumcision during which the accused had disclosed information about his penis” an agreed set of facts tendered to court read.
The victim said she never saw the facts, which were agreed to between the police and Evans’ lawyer.
