Third man charged over Corey Breceljnik murder, arrested at Murrumbingee
A third man has been charged over the stabbing death of Corey Breceljnik. It comes amid revelations the victim was due to face court himself this week on a string of charges.

A man will face court over his alleged role in the stabbing death of a man on the Central Coast last month.
Emergency services were called to a home on Slim Close, Watanobbi, about 11.30pm on Sunday, October 25 where 26-year-old Corey Breceljnik was found with stab wounds to his chest and face.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics, before he was taken in a critical condition to John Hunter Hospital, where he later died.
Tuggerah Lakes Police District established a crime scene and launched an investigation into Mr Breceljnik’s death under Strike Force Melanesia, assisted by the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad.
About 5pm Wednesday, November 4, police from Murrumbingee Police District arrested a 23-year-old man wanted on a warrant, following a foot pursuit.
He was taken to Griffith Police Station where he was interviewed by detectives attached to Strike Force Melanesia.
The man was charged with murder and refused bail. He will appear in Griffith Local Court Friday, November 6.
It comes after officers from south coast Police District were conducting patrols in the Moruya area of the NSW south coast on Monday, November 2, when they stopped and spoke to a 34-year-old man and a woman.
The pair were arrested and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station.
The Lake Munmorah man was charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder and was refused bail to appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on Tuesday.
The woman was released pending further inquiries.
Three days after Mr Breceljnik’s murder detectives conducted a search at Minnamurra Rd, Gorokan, about 6.40pm on Wednesday, October 28.
Officers arrested 28-year-old Russel Rajapakse and he was taken to Wyong Police Station.
He was charged with murder and appeared at Wyong Local Court on October 29 where he was refused bail.
The Express Advocate can reveal the victim of the stabbing was due to face the same court on Wednesday this week on a string of offences relating to a number of separate alleged incidents.
Mr Breceljnik was facing 13 charges in total including intimidation, possessing a prohibited weapon, three counts of possessing a prohibited drug, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, affray, trespassing and three counts of contravening an apprehended violence order.
There is no suggestion Mr Breceljnik’s court matters had anything to do with his death.
