A Rebels bikie member, raided by Strike Force Raptor officers in December, has been served with 14 additional firearm, drugs and explosives charges.
Representing himself, Luke John Divola faced Gosford Local Court on Thursday where he said his lawyer had just come back from holidays and was unavailable.
The police prosecutor served the 42-year-old an additional 14 charges including possessing prohibited weapons, ammunition, drugs and handling explosives without authority.
It came after Raptor North officers stormed his property at Mangrove Mountain on December 18 and seized two firearms, three knives, including a trench knife, knuckle dusters, handcuffs, an extendible baton, a PVC air cannon, fireworks, explosives, a cannabis plant and more than 1000 rounds of ammunition.
Police also seized 74g of cannabis and 2g of methylamphetamine.
Mr Divola was arrested and taken to Gosford Police Station where he was charged with nine offences including possession of two firearms.
He was granted bail to appear on Thursday where he told the court he was on blood thinners and had a clot in his heart.
He told the court he lost his leg because of a blood clot and he needed regular tests to see if he had to undergo surgery.
Mr Divola also said he got evicted from his property at Mangrove Mountain “since Raptor came” and he was now living at Somersby.
Magistrate Alan Railton adjourned the matter to February 20 to allow him to be legally represented.
He has not entered any pleas.
