The precinct is the vision of Central Coast developers Tim Gunasinghe (CommercialHQ) and Matthew Gibbens (Gibbens Group) and provides an opportunity for further medical and research expansion within the Gosford CBD.

“As we all know demand for the Central Coast is growing and the population, we are getting good population growth here and the demand for medical is very strong,” Mr Gunasinghe said.

“So we purchased this site prior to Christmas last year and went on our venture thinking how we could attract medical people to this area.”

Robertson federal Liberal MP Lucy Wicks said she was looking forward to seeing more cranes in the sky, more jobs for young people and more choices for people in terms of health care.

Marcelo Ramirez, from Colliers International said the growth in Gosford over the last 12 to 18 months, and redevelopment of Gosford Hospital, attracted them to the project.
