Police nab man over Julie Goodwin’s stolen plants

A MAN has been charged after allegedly stealing plants outside Julie’s Place and Coast Shelter.
About 5.30am on Sunday police will allege a man stole two plants outside former MasterChef winner Julie Goodwin’s cooking school and events centre on Mann St.
Later that day, the man allegedly stole four plants outside Coast Shelter down the road.
At 1.30pm on Wednesday Brisbane Water police arrested a 42-year-old man at a property in Beane St, Gosford, where they seized six plants.
The man was taken to Gosford police station where he was charged with two counts of larceny and granted bail.
He is due to appear before Gosford Local Court on November 7.
