Magistrate Jennifer Price set the matter down for hearing at Gosford Local Court on July 24 2023 with an estimate of one to two days.

Police allege Tom Starling was with his brothers and his girlfriend Chelsea Balzan on October 16 2021 when they were refused entry to the popular cocktail bar Mumbo Jumbos due to number limits.

They further allege that the group became agitated and threatened the security manager a number of times before walking away.

Ms Balzan pleaded guilty to stalk or intimidate intending to cause fear of physical or mental harm over the incident.

During her sentence in August, the court heard she ran her fingers across her throat while looking at a security guard. She escaped conviction and received a conditional release order for 10 months.

Tom and Josh’s sentence over the intimidation charges has been adjourned to December 19.
