Emergency services were called to Tramway Rd just before 6.30pm on Wednesday after receiving reports a cyclist had been hit by a car.
A spokesman from NSW Ambulance said three paramedic crews attended along with police, and NSW Fire and Rescue. The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was also called.
