A Central Coast “fitness trainer” who police allege is actually a cocaine dealer and associate of a former Bandido has been granted leave to vary his bail conditions and move near Lismore.

Lee Michael Fuller, 37, formerly of Berowra had his bail reviewed in Sydney District Court on Wednesday.

He is charged with 15 counts of supplying cocaine and one count each of possessing a prohibited drug and driving while under the influence of a drug which came after police allegedly pulled him over in his Audi A3.

Judge Dina Yehia was surprised to hear Fuller, who was not present in court, had not reported to police since April 7.

His lawyer asked for his thrice weekly reporting be reduced to once due to the pandemic and the court decided of its own motion to delete the reporting condition altogether.

It was mutually agreed by the Crown and Fuller’s lawyer to ask his bail be varied so he could move to Wallerawang, a town on the Central Tablelands about 14 km from Lithgow.

Both parties also agreed his curfew would be deleted in exchange for a return to reporting to the Wallerawang Police Station every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Fuller was arrested and charged last August after police pulled him over in Ourimbah.

The traffic stop allegedly lead to the undoing of the syndicate.

The court has previously heard officers discovered an astonishing series of text messages between Fuller and former bikie Matthew Hopkins which they allege disguised cocaine deals by using fitness training jargon.

In one alleged message, Hopkins told Fuller “me mate from the pub wants you to put him through his paces again”.

Officers undertaking surveillance on Hopkins’ home allege Fuller never stayed longer than 10 minutes which police submit is not long enough for a genuine workout.
