Kyle Scott Fuller has pleaded guilty to leading police on a wild pursuit, while disqualified, from Green Point to North Gosford where he dumped the car in the middle of the road and gave officers the slip.
The 25-year-old has also pleaded guilty to separate charges of common assault, possessing small amounts of drugs, an air pistol and stealing a car.
But Fuller, of Toukley, has pleaded not guilty to allegedly kidnapping two men two weeks later.
Fuller faced Wyong Local Court on Wednesday where he formally pleaded guilty to eight offences and not guilty to two counts of allegedly detaining two men on February 5 last year with intent to intimidate them.
An agreed set of facts in the pursuit matter states Fuller was an alleged member of the Finks outlaw motorcycle gang who faced Mount Druitt Local Court in January last year where he was disqualified from driving.
Two days later about 8.55pm on Friday, January 20, 2023, Brisbane Water Police were patrolling Green Point and saw a Holden Commodore with blue number plates on Ernest St.
Checks revealed the car was linked to Fuller so police pulled in behind it and activated their flashing lights.
The facts state Fuller took off and later crossed onto the wrong side of the road at York St, East Gosford, before reaching speeds of 110km/h in a 60km/h zone and ran a stop sign.
The facts state highway patrol police unsuccessfully tried to deploy road spikes before they called off the pursuit on the Pacific Highway because of safety fears.
Fuller was then captured on a fixed speed camera at Wyoming behind the wheel of the Commodore travelling 105km/h in a 60km/h zone.
A short time later police found the car abandoned in the middle of the road at the intersection of Dwyer St and Henry Parry Drive, North Gosford.
Just over a week later on January 29 police conducted a search of a property at Bateau Bay and located an air pistol and small amounts of drugs, which Fuller later admitted were his.
He was eventually arrested at Bay Village Shopping Centre on February 10 and charged with those offences along with kidnapping two men, assaulting one of them and stealing one of their cars on February 5.
On Wednesday Fuller pleaded guilty to assaulting one of them and stealing the car but maintained he was not guilty of allegedly kidnapping them.
He was adjourned to face Wyong Local Court on April 2 to be sentenced on the pursuit, driving while disqualified and possessing drugs charges.
He was adjourned to face Gosford District Court on March 14 to set a trial date for the alleged kidnapping charges, with the pistol, assault and car theft charges to be dealt with at the conclusion of the trial.
