Joshua Monger appears in Wyong Court charged with police assault, coronavirus breaches
Two of the first Central Coast coronavirus-related arrests have come before court this week. One of the men is accused of hitting a cop and headbutting a woman.

Two of the first Central Coast COVID-19 related arrests have come before Wyong Local Court.
Joshua Terrance Monger appeared in court this week, facing assault charges and breaching a COVID-19 public health order.
Police allege around 10pm on April 9, officers attended a home on Bridge Ave in Chain Valley Bay following reports of an assault.
The court heard police spoke to a 52-year-old woman and tried to arrest Mr Monger, 49, who allegedly ignored police instructions and hit a senior constable on the arm.
Police also allege he headbutted the woman, who was known to him.
Mr Monger was arrested and taken to Wyong Police Station where he was allegedly found to be in possession of 0.4g of cannabis.
He was charged with possessing a prohibited drug, assaulting an officer in execution of duty, resisting an officer in execution of duty, common assault and not complying with a COVID-19 direction that he stay home unless he had an essential reason to be out.
A police bail determination said he lived with his father at Chain Valley Bay and had no dependants.
He appeared in court and asked for an adjournment to obtain legal advice.
The case of a man, 48, of Blue Haven, who was arrested after allegedly coughing at supermarket staff and customers at Lake Haven was also mentioned.
Police allege around 4.40pm on April 2, officers attended Lake Haven Shopping Centre following reports a man was coughing on people.
The man was arrested at the centre and issued a court attendance notice for stalking or intimidating people with the intention of causing fear of physical harm and breach of bail.
The man did not attend court and both matters were adjourned to June 3.
