AFL Round 7 has delivered another rollercoaster shakeup of the AFL SuperCoach Local "Battle of the Postcodes" standings.

Just 42 local leaders held onto the top spot after the dust settled, while more than 10 were bundled out of their local Top 10 altogether.

The fastest-rising local team this week was 666 which scored 2215 and jumped 19,825 spots nationally and is now ranked 33,787th.

There are 370 AFL SuperCoach teams in the Central Coast Express’s competition.

A total of 523 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 12,054.
