Central Coast man Andrew Buhagiar arrested and charged with domestic violence offences
Police officers took “several hours” to negotiate before arresting and charging Andrew Buhagiar over domestic violence related offences on The Central Coast.

A man has been charged with domestic violence related offences on The Central Coast.
At about 11:30am Monday, officers from the Brisbane Water Police District went to an address on Hanlan St, Narara to arrest 41-year-old Andrew Buhagiar for alleged domestic violence offences.
He allegedly refused to leave, with police negotiating for several hours before arresting him at about 5.20pm.
Buhagiar was taken to Gosford Police Station, where he was assessed by NSW Ambulance.
He has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.
He appeared before the Gosford Local Court and applied for bail but was denied.
Buhagiar to appear before the Gosford Local Court on July 30.
