Gosford: Two men charged after police chase ends in motorbike crash
A 23-year-old man has been slapped with eight charges from larceny to riding a motorcycle without a helmet after an aerial police pursuit from Wyong to Gosford.

Two men have been charged following an aerial police chase from Wyong to Gosford.
Just after 10.30am on Sunday, police saw a motorcycle, allegedly stolen from an Erina shopping centre, travelling on Hely Street at Wyong.
At the time, the rider and passenger were not wearing helmets.
Officers from Brisbane Water Police Area Command attempted to stop the motorcycle on Enterprise Drive.
When it failed to stop, officers pursued the vehicle however terminated the chase shortly after due to safety concerns.
The motorcycle was monitored by PolAir as it travelled south before it collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Erina St and Henry Parry Dr in Gosford. Both passengers were thrown from the bike.
A 30-year-old man was arrested immediately however a 23-year-old man had to be rescued from a window ledge of a nearby multistorey building.
The 23-year-old has since been charged with seven offences including two counts of larceny, shoplifting, take and drive conveyance, police pursuit, drive recklessly/furiously or speed manner dangerous, unlicensed rider and riding without a helmet with a passenger. He has also been charged with a revocation warrant.
The 30-year-old man has been charged with being a motorbike passenger with no helmet, carried in conveyance, two counts of possessing a prohibited drug and breach of bail.
They have been refused bail and will appear in Newcastle Local Court today.
