MORE than 50,000 people will line the streets as The Entrance pays tribute to classic American autos, hot rods and rock ‘n’ roll.
ChromeFest will run from Friday to Sunday at Memorial Park and through the streets of The Entrance.
The event, now in its 9th year, is fast becoming one of the biggest on the tourism calendar for the Central Coast.
Cars and engines are a major attraction of the event, however there are also market and retro stalls, rock ‘n’ roll bands, dance displays, vintage fashion parade, free live entertainment and activities as well as the Show and Shine presentation on Sunday.
A free shuttle bus service will operate for Show and Shine as a number of road closures will be in place. They will leave every hour from Darren Kennedy Oval, Evans Rd Toukley and EDSACC Oval, Yakalla Street Bateau Bay, taking visitors straight to ChromeFest. The shuttle service will run from 7.30am to 5pm.
