1/. Sarah Wachjo, F45, Charmhaven/Tumbi

Sarah Wachjo had an unlikely entry into the fitness industry, starting out making protein shakes at a gym before the owner asked if she would like to become a trainer.

Wachjo has never looked back and four years ago discovered her true passion in F45 Training.

She started as a member, became a trainer, manager and now owns F45 Training at Charmhaven and Tumbi Umbi with her partner.

Wachjo said F45 was “a family” and even after 16-hour days she still jumps out of bed, raring to get stuck in with her team.

Holly Hunter said Wachjo was “always going above and beyond for her members”.

Another, Ashleigh Sloman, described Wachjo as a motivator.

“What an amazing and inspiring woman,” Ms Sloman said.

“And an absolute weapon.”

Samantha Carroll said Wachjo supported people outside the gym.

”Sarah doesn’t just encourage you through your workouts but outside of that too! She checks in and as soon as you meet her you know she genuinely cares about your well-being as a whole.”

Leesh Cunningham described Wachjo as “incredible”.

“Every single person at F45 Training Charmhaven & F45 Training Tumbi Umbi can vouch for me when I say you will not find a more dedicated, encouraging, motivating or beautiful trainer than our Sarah,” she said.
