A man jailed — for what will almost certainly be the rest of his life — has faced court charged with a further three historic child abuse allegations; including that he ejaculated on the stomach of a girl, aged 7.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was not required on screen at Wyong Local Court where his matter was briefly mentioned on Tuesday.
The man in his 50s was charged in October with having carnal knowledge of a girl, then aged 5, in 1978 when he would have been about 14.
He further stands accused of assaulting the girl with intent to carnally know her between 1979 and 1980 when she was aged seven and committing an act of indecency on the girl during the same period.
Charge sheets tendered in court allege the offences took place in the Wyong area and the act of indecency included ejaculating onto the stomach of the victim.
His Legal Aid solicitor did not apply for bail, telling the court her client was already remanded in custody for “a long, long time”.
He has not entered any pleas to the new charges and will reappear via video link on April 7.
It comes after the man was jailed at Downing Centre District Court in 2018 for the physical, sexual and psychological abuse of women he lived with.
The man pleaded guilty to six counts of sexual and aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping, common assault and two counts of threatening the officer in charge.
The charges of threatening the officer stemmed from a fiery tirade he gave from the witness box during an earlier trial in 2017 in which he was ultimately found guilty of 21 offences.
Many of the offences were depraved and sadistic in nature, including raping women with household objects, forcing them to eat their dinner off the floor and hogtying them and putting them face down in the bath.
Judge Penelope Wass said “sexual sadistic intercourse” was part of the man’s “sexual repertoire” and his actions motivated by “cruelty”.
“The hurt to the victims and thereby the community is insidious, widespread and longstanding,” she said at his sentencing.
The District Court sentencing heard while many of the offences happened in the 1980s and 90s, many of his victims had been too afraid to come forward and lived in fear for much of their adult lives after he made threats to kill them.
