Bateau Bay teacher Kylie Lowbridge trains with Michelle Bridges after weight loss success

BEFORE her transformation, Kylie Lowbridge was lethargic and depressed. After it she is 12kg lighter and rungs from Bateau Bay to North Avoca.

RUNNING from Bateau Bay to her North Avoca home would have been completely out of the question for Kylie Lowbridge up until recently.

The mother of three young children had been feeling down and lethargic. She had heard about the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation but was unsure whether she would be able to do it.

Her goal was just to complete the program. She is now 12kg lighter and is onto her third 12-week program.

The icing on the cake came earlier this month when she was one of six people nationwide to win a training session with Bridges, best known as a trainer on Channel Ten’s The Biggest Loser.

``It was the toughest session I’ve ever done,’’ Mrs Lowbridge said.

``She set up circuits and it was tough but she was very supportive.’’

It has been a complete lifestyle change for Mrs Lowbridge, who often runs home from her teaching job at Bateau Bay Public School.

``I am proud actually, when I look back,’’ she said.

``Even my family have commented that I’m more energetic and I can do more with the kids.’’
