A man has faced fresh charges including attempted murder at the ACT Magistrates Court following an alleged shooting in Casey last month.
Harrison man Connor Manns, 23, has been in custody since November 22 after being charged with one count of using a carriage service to threaten serious harm and one count of using a carriage to menace.
He has since been charged with one count of attempted murder, discharging a firearm endangering life, Driving a motor vehicle without consent and possession of a number plate calculated to deceive.
Appearing in court via telephone during a brief mention Manns did not enter any pleas.
Manns was already on bail for separate charges at the time of the alleged shooting.
He will face court for his previous charges on December 17
Magistrate James Lawton adjourned the shooting matter to February 2022.
ACT Policing officers allege Manns fired a gun at a man several times from a stolen car at 4:30am November 21 at the intersection of Whitrod Ave and Plimsoll Drive in Casey.
