The first school to celebrate formal season in the Southern Highlands kicked off festivities with style.

The graduating Year 12 students of Moss Vale High School were glowing with post-exam joy and a number of sewn-on sequins as they said goodbye to their schooling years.

After navigating an incredibly difficult final year marred with Covid stress, online learning and postponed HSC exams, the class of 2021 had a lot to celebrate on December.

Students were dressed in gorgeous gowns, sharp suits, and wide smiles as they arrived for Year 12 Formal at Centennial Vineyards.

As you can see in the photos captured by The Bowral News, there was no shortage of colourful outfits to liven up the typically grey weather.

Just like their evening wear, the class of 2021 has a bright future.
