A driver is set to front court next month after he was allegedly clocked by police travelling at more than 200km/h along the Hume Highway in a luxury sports car.
Brett Sutcliffe, 42, was not required toappear at Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday for the mention of his charges which include driving a vehicle recklessly/furiously or speed/manner dangerous, exceeding the speed limit by more than 45km/h, and using an unregistered motor vehicle.
Police allege that at about 7.40am on Friday June 3, the Rhodes man was detected driving a white Ferrari at 204km/h in a 110km signposted area on the Hume Highway, Goulburn.
The officers attached to The Hume Highway Patrol stopped the Ferrari - which documents state had a Queensland rego - and issued Sutcliffe with a court attendance notice for June 29.

His NSW driver’s licence has subsequently been suspended and his car confiscated for three months.
The matter has been adjourned two times since June 29, with his lawyer requesting a six-week adjournment on Wednesday to seek instructions on the brief of evidence.
Sutcliffe will appear at Goulburn Local Court on August 10.
