Aaron Janett refused bail after seizure of over $1.6 million of ‘ice’
Police have seized 16.6kg of ice and a hidden alleged drug lab after raiding a home on a quiet suburban property.

A man has been refused bail after appearing in Moss Vale Court on Friday in connection with the police seizure of over 16.6kg of methylamphetamine, commonly known as ‘ice’.
Aaron Janett, 33, appeared via video link on charges of manufacturing and supplying large quantities of a prohibited drug.
The Mt Pritchard man was arrested after a raid on a home in Phyllis Street uncovered what police will allege was an active methylamphetamine laboratory with $1.625 million worth of the drug.
At around 7am on Wednesday, specialist officers from the chemical operations unit of the Drug and Firearms Squad were called in to dismantle the lab and seize the 16.6kg of ice.
Later in the day, a second warrant was issued for a home in Bonnyrigg, where police allegedly found a further 30g of meth, 2kg of cannabis, and more than $900 in cash.
Mr Janett was arrested in Currans Hill on Thursday about 1.40pm and taken to Narellan Police Station.
A 44-year-old man has also been arrested over the clandestine ice lab and has been charged with manufacturing large quantities of a prohibited drug. He appeared in Fairfield Local Court on Thursday and has also been refused bail.
Mr Janett is currently being held at Narellan Police Station and will remain in police custody until his next court appearance at Liverpool Local Court on May 5, 2021.
