A western Sydney man who allegedly sexually touched a high school girl without her consent will fight police charges.
Iosefa Aiono, 43, of Mt Druitt, faced Mt Druitt Local Court on Wednesday, charged with two counts of aggravated sexual touching of another person without consent.
According to court documents, police allege Mr Aiono sexually touched a high school girl, by kissing her breasts and touching her genitalia in Mt Druitt on December 2 last year.
He was arrested that afternoon and taken to Mt Druitt Police Station where he was hit with the charges.
Facing court on Wednesday, Mr Aiono pleaded not guilty to both charges.
The matter was set down for a hearing, estimated to take two days, in March next year.
