AFL Round 7 has delivered another rollercoaster shakeup of the AFL SuperCoach Local "Battle of the Postcodes" standings.

Just 42 local leaders held onto the top spot after the dust settled, while more than 10 were bundled out of their local Top 10 altogether.

Supercoach player Lachlan of *********** sits at 15,582 points and is ranked 339th nationally, 406 points behind the Supercoach leader Froff from Victoria.

The fastest-rising local team this week was Eternal Optimists which scored 2160 and jumped 13,935 spots nationally and is now ranked 32,180th.

There are 190 AFL SuperCoach teams in the Blacktown Advocate’s competition.

A total of 700 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 12,054.
