Gordon Cramp: Tregear man faces court over GBL drug bust
Two men have been arrested after police found drugs hidden in fizzy drink bottles. One of the men, a 27-year-old, faced court today accused of dealing 2.9kg of GBL.

A man has faced court after a drug bust where almost 3kg of GBL was seized in soft drink bottles.
Gordon Cramp, 27, from Tregear, faced Parramatta Local Court on Thursday after police seized 2.9kg of GBL and steroids.
It comes after investigators from Strike Force Raptor received information that a co-accused, aged 30, had allegedly tried to buy a firearm.
Police later attended an apartment on Hassall Street in Parramatta where the man’s car was parked on May 22.
At about 1.30pm, Cramp was stopped by police after he allegedly approached the car.
In the car, police allegedly seized 2.9kg of GBL, steroids and $4560.
Cramp was arrested and charged with supplying 2.9kg of GBL, possessing methandienone and dealing with proceeds of the crime.
Police have released photographs of what appears to be Fanta and Lemonade bottles filled with a clear liquid which police allege to be GBL.
Cramp’s matter was briefly heard at Parramatta Local Court on Thursday where his lawyer asked for the matter to be adjourned for a bail release application.
Magistrate Tim Keady adjourned the matter to June 3.
He remains in custody.
Following a subsequent search of the co-accused’s home, police allegedly seized ice, heroin and GBL.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of supplying prohibited drugs and was granted conditional bail.
He will face Parramatta Local Court on August 11.
Investigations under Strike Force Raptor are continuing.
