Frasers Property Australia has revealed the first brands to debut at the ECQ Outlet, which is set to be the first outlet retail centre in Sydney’s booming western suburbs.

Brands will offer a minimum of 70 per cent of their stock at discounted retail prices.
Ninety per cent of the outlet structure is already built and will connect directly to the existing precinct, Eastern Creek Quarter Shopping Centre.
Construction of the basement carpark, with more than 300 parking spaces, has finished, while there will be 1100 additional parking spaces planned.
“ECQ is already established as the go-to social, dining and shopping hotspot for the local community,’’ Frasers retail investments general manager Felicity Armstrong said.

Along with the outlet, the third and final stage of the shopping precinct on the Great Western Highway will include an entertainment precinct with more restaurants.
More announcements on the dining options will be released this year.
