US President Donald Trump reportedly slammed the phone down to a US broadcaster after it published unseen photos of he and Jeffrey Epstein.

The Epstein saga continues with CNN publishing “newly discovered” photos of US President Donald Trump and the disgraced financier.

The images show Mr Trump and Epstein together at various events in the 1990s as well as Epstein at Mr Trump’s wedding to his second wife Maria Marples.

The images predate any of Epstein’s legal issues and there are no accusations, nor have there been, by law enforcement against Mr Trump regarding Epstein or his crimes.

An invite to Mr Trump’s wedding shows that there was an established relationship between the pair.

It comes amid furore about the White House’s insistence that there is nothing left to see in the Epstein files.

Meanwhile, the White House is celebrating a double day of trade deals with Indonesia and Japan now signing on the dotted line.

While Mr Trump has railed against nations for “ripping off” America, all the trade deals so are more favourable to the US than to the other nations.
