An enormous and mysterious Superyacht has bobbed up in Melbourne waters, dropping anchor off the well-heeled bayside suburb of Brighton.

This is no oversized tinnie; the Lady E is a genuine floating behemoth and has been ambling its way around the world since leaving the UK around October last year after a 12 month refit and refurbishment was completed.

And the floating luxury playground can be yours for a week if you have deep pockets.

The 74.5 metre long yacht is available for charter for $767,840 a week through London-based superyacht sales, charter and management firm Burgess.

For that you can sleep 12 guests and will be looked after by a crew of 22.

The yacht really is a floating pamper and palace with toys such as jetskis, eFoils, wakesurfers, sailing dinghies, seabobs, its own Aquapark, a flyboard, a water slide, hoverboards and kitesurfing equipment on board.

Then there is the on-board jacuzzi, private day spa and beauty salon, and fully-equipped gym.

Just who owns the Superyacht is a mystery with the owner never having been identified.

The Lady E first came to attention when it arrived in Cairns in December and was involved in a COVID-19 scare after sailing from the Maldives over a two-week period.

A female crew member tested positive for COVID-19 and was treated in a Cairns hospital and the rest of the crew placed in quarantine.

After getting the all clear from Queensland authorities the ship’s voyage continued.

According to the Burgess team the Lady E will be staying in Australian waters for a few months.
