The cost of tickets to the Caulfield Cup Carnival will be frozen at last year’s prices, as event organisers promise the return of fun and fashion to the spring races party starter.
Racegoers buying tickets to the Caulfield Cup and Guineas will pay no more than $70 and $60 respectively at the gate this October – the same as last year.
But a range of new, sliding scale pre-sale options, to be unveiled on Monday, means thrifty fans could score access to The Heath for up to half price.
A pre-sale ticket period will offer cut price tickets for $30 to the Guineas and $40 for the Cup, as well as a group pass that admits four adults for $110 and $150 to each event.
Tickets to the Caulfield Social – three days before the Cup – will remain free.

“We’re proud to be leading the way in offering a world-class experience for less, so more people can experience every fantastic moment,’’ he said.
Pre-sale tickets will go on sale via Ticketek from 1pm Monday until September 4.
Two new ticket discount periods will then operate between September 5 and October 2 and October 3 and October 18, with prices increasing by $10 each time.

The return of a dedicated fashion precinct will see a photography studio experience, hair and makeup touch ups and social hub opened trackside.
The general admission experience at Caulfield includes a bigger than ever “Jockey Club” with bars and a rooftop space with sweeping views of the track.
An expanded front lawn with bring racegoers closer to the action than ever before.
And a central stage will close out the action with post race musical performances.
“There’s no place like Caulfield, and the 2025 Sportsbet Caulfield Cup Carnival is a big ticket on the global racing calendar for a reason,’’ he said.
“We put fans at the heart of the action and give them the chance to get up close and personal with the stars of the sport.”
In a bid to attract a younger demographic, the MRC has also cut the cost of early bird Young Member packages to $150.
The Caulfield Guineas will kick off the action on October 11, ahead of the Social on October 15 and the Cup on October 18.
“Whether you’re a seasoned racegoer or just looking to see what the buzz is all about, now is the perfect time to rally your friends and secure your GA pre-sale tickets,’’ Mr Kanga said.
