Xpress Beauty moves into bigger store

The departure of one beauty salon has opened up space for another.
Xpress Beauty has opened up in West End after moving from Aitkenvale, moving into a bigger shop and providing more job prospects.
It takes over from where Anna’s Skin and Beauty departed.
Salon owner Jade Neil said the new premise at Suite 3/6 Morris St was perfect as the shop had been customised to suit beforehand.
“(The reason for the move) was the shop. It was perfect in store,” she said.
Ms Neil said the new shop allowed her to fit two brow chairs and a private treatment room.
“It will increase staff. We’re looking to expand the numbers of staff in the next coming months,” she said.

Colliers International leasing executive Ben Wheeler said the move would also allow Xpress Beauty to tap into new markets in the CBD and North Ward.
“The tenancy was well suited for Xpress Beauty as the property itself is now beginning to form into a beauty hub destination with similar tenants alike – which is a benefit for them to thrive of each other,” he said.
“The ample free parking in close proximity to the property was also a big draw card for the tenant.”
Xpress Beauty will celebrate its third birthday in August.
