Emergency services are responding to a crash involving a truck nearby road works on the Bruce Highway south of Townsville.
Brisbane tourist rescued on testing NQ hike
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said initial reports indicated a truck drove into the back of a parked Toyota Corolla at road works on the intersection of Link Rd in Mount Surround between Ayr and Townsville at 11.50pm.
Traffic on the Bruce Highway was not blocked, the spokesman said just before 1pm.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said there were no reported entrapments.
The spokesperson said there were no injuries.
