Townsville will be represented well in the next season of Ninja Warrior, with two competitors set to take on the gruelling obstacle course on the popular TV show.
Danial Wyles-Wall and Paul Culloty will be competing against 138 other athletes for a spot in the top 16.

Mr Wyles-Wall, weighing 70kg and measuring 180cm, will try to go one better this season after falling on the Jumping Spider in Season 3 when he appears on episode three.
Since the 28-year-old’s last appearance he has been helping troubled youth as a carer.
Irishman Mr Culloty, who now calls Townsville home, will set foot on the Ninja Warrior course for the first time on episode four.
Two days before he flew out to try out for Ninja Warrior, his wife, Aleisha, gave birth to their baby girl Kora.
This year’s Ninja Warrior prizemoney is $400,000 for the competitor who claims the title of Australian Ninja Warrior.
