CUSTOMERS will have a fresh new shopping experience with the opening of new Woolworths and BWS stores at Riverway Plaza.
A newsagency is expected to open in the next few weeks, while further stages in the centre’s redevelopment will provide new specialty shops, a KFC and Subway.
Woolworths store manager Jeffrey Ralph said customers would experience a new look store with an extended grocery and fresh produce range, a full service bakery with two qualified bakers on site, and a new look deli and seafood department.
“Having managed Woolworths stores for over 15 years, I can confidently say the Upper Ross community will truly enjoy the brand new Riverway Plaza Woolworths,” Mr Ralph said.
Also, the new store had created 37 new jobs, offering more employment opportunities and connection with the community, he said.
Riverway Plaza will trade from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturday and 9am to 6pm on Sunday.
