QGAir Rescue helicopter rushes to help man in Bowen crushed by tractor
Townsville’s rescue helicopter has flown to the aid of a man who was crushed by a tractor at a North Queensland farm.

The Townsville-based rescue helicopter QGAir has been scrambled to transport a man who was crushed by a tractor in Bowen.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said a man in his 40s suffered a crush injury after an incident involving a tractor at a private address, believed to be a farm, at 11.30am on Thursday.
The man was in a stable condition when paramedics transported him by road to Bowen Hospital for chest and abdominal injuries.
The rescue helicopter has landed in Bowen and it is not known which hospital the man would be taken to.
