A North Queensland police officer is being investigated following allegations unprofessional conduct involving a girl.
Queensland Police Service said the 46-year-old male senior constable has been stood down from official duty.
In a statement, police said the officer was subject of an investigation into allegations of “unprofessional conduct concerning a juvenile female whilst off-duty”.
The officer has been tasked with non-operational duties.
