Donna Bionda head chef Damien Pattel said the return of live music was a welcome sign that things were slowly returning to normal.
“It’s been quite grim and boring so this shows people that we’re coming back,” he said.
“It’s going to be so great to have music back because it sets the mood for everyone.
“When we’ve got a live musician the spotlight is on them and everyone in the precinct gets to enjoy it.”
Mr Pattel said it was still imperative that people book ahead to avoid being turned away due to COVID-19 limitations which allowed only 20 diners at a time.
