Sydney’s about to get a big kid playground 250m above ground
Get ready for giant games, old-school tunes and some seriously over-the-top milkshakes at this giant playground, 250m up in the sky.
Get ready for some serious big kid fun — 250m above ground — when Sydney’s Highest Playground opens next month.
This July and August, the Sydney Tower Eye will be transformed into the city’s highest playground filled with nostalgic games and a banging 80s and 90s soundtrack.
Glow-in-the-dark hula hooping, giant games of connect-four and jenga, table tennis, kerplunk and the ultimate eye-spy game will take over the observation deck seven days a week from 9am to 9pm.
Throwback outfits are highly encouraged and there will be loads of photo ops for the ‘gram.
On select nights, the crew from Milky Lane will be serving up two signature loaded shakes — White Chocolate Tim Tam and Chocolate Caramello Koala — at a pop-up milk bar.
Kicking off Monday July 1, and open every day across July and August from 9am-9pm, the playground promises inner-child fun for all.
