Wet'n'Wild Sydney has listened to its guests and is introducing a new smart queue system this season which will allow you to forgo the time in the queue and spend more time having fun.

Tap'n'Play reserves your ride so you can enjoy all the fun Wet'n'Wild has to offer and return to slide when it’s your turn. In-between ride times you can check out other slides, grab a bite to eat or hang by The Beach or Dinosaur Lagoon.

To use the new system visit one of the Tap'n'Play kiosks within Wet'n'Wild Sydney. Follow the prompts and use your MyBand wristband (see below) to reserve your time to slide. Then, when it’s close to your designated time return to the tower and enter via the new Tap'n'Play tower entrance. And if you forget your time, or simply need to check, head back to one of the kiosks and tap your MyBand.

There are two additional paid options: Tap'n'Play Xpress and Tap'n'Play Priority.

Tap'n'Play Xpress lets you reduce waiting time by 50 per cent. Simply visit a kiosk, select your tower and enjoy the park until it’s your time to slide.

Tap'n'Play Priority is the best of the best, reducing your waiting time by 90 per cent. This means you will ride and slide for hours on end with very little waiting time in queues. As with Xpress, you make reservations at a Tap'n'Play kiosk within the park via your MyBand wristband.

Tap'n'Play Xpress and Priority will be available to purchase online or at the park. Numbers are limited.

Wet'n'Wild is a cash-less water theme park. MyBand is a state-of-the-art wristband that allows you to “wave and play” with a flick of the wrist at the front gate entrance.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has been integrated into the park’s infrastructure via MyBand to allow our guests to have a seamless in-park experience without needing to carry a phone or wallet around with you all day.

When you purchase a pass you’ll be given the option of delivery or collection. Season Membership holders are issued silicon wristbands and single day ticketed guests will receive a temporary wristband.

MyBand can also be used for all in-park purchases including lockers, pay-for-play attractions, retail, food and drinks - simply transfer funds with credit card, debit card or cash onto your wristband and you can spend the day free from worrying about losing valuables.

During your visit you can upload cash onto MyBand in any park retail shop, food and drink outlet or at Guest Services.
