An industry leading specialist in Specialist Disability Accommodation has delivered its first homes in the Top End – and it’s inviting Territorians to come check them out.
Leben Homes, who have mostly operated out of Queensland thus far, have delivered various disability accommodations in Bowen, Mackay, Rockhampton, Traralgon and now Zuccoli.
From 9am-12pm on May 8, the real estate developer will host an open day at 7 and 9 Leadwort Court, Zuccoli, for Territorians to have a walk through the new accommodation.
On the day, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a barbecue and connect with team members from Leben Homes and fellow disability real estate provider, Inhab, from 9am-10am to learn more about disability accommodation.
Later, house tours will run every half-hour from 10am, with disability accommodation information sessions and an in-depth Q&A led by team from SDA Services being held as well.
The newly completed disability homes are reportedly purpose-built to provide safe and accessible living for NDIS participants.
The development includes two single-story homes with two bedrooms, an on-site overnight assistance room to meet support needs, a large family-dining area, a separate living or media room and a spacious garage.
Leben Homes said anyone – especially those living with disability or caring for those with disability – are invited to come down.
“If you’re an NDIS participant, family member, support co-ordinator or allied health professional, we would love to show you around,” its website said.
“We’ve designed this event to allow you all the time you need to check out this industry-leading SDA home, meet the team, and get your questions answered.”
