A woman has been taken to hospital after she was impaled on a fence late on Wednesday night.
SA Ambulance personnel and police were called to Angas St, Alberton, to reports a person had been impaled.
A woman, aged in her 30s, was found to have an upper leg wound and was treated by SAAS members.
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident, according to police.
