Far North woman charged over alleged fatal hit-run in Elizabeth East in Adelaide’s north
A woman will face court today charged after a 40-year-old woman was killed in an alleged hit and run early on Tuesday morning.

A woman will front court charged with causing death by dangerous following an alleged fatal hit-run crash at Elizabeth East this week.
Police were called to the Kinkaid Rd scene after reports a woman had been struck by a car and the driver allegedly failed to stop at the scene.
The 40-year-old woman from the Far North sustained serious injuries and died at the scene.
About 8.30pm on Wednesday, investigating police officers attended a Hillbank address and arrested a 55-year-old woman.
She was charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing harm by careless driving and failing to stop.
The Toyota Prado allegedly involved in the crash was found at a Paralowie address and has been seized for forensic testing.
The woman was refused bail and lost her licence on the spot and is set to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Thursday.
